Chaldea has been placed into the city's outer edge to the south east by an abandoned office. It is big enough to have 5 floors, but it lacks places to sleep in other than the clinic.
This is their base of operations in Calasis and there is a cleared up room for their rayshifting, which has surveillance.
They are also forbidden to make territories in the nearby area or else the possibility of ruining months of progress may occur. Cosequences will be payed shortly after.
Calasis/Calais: It is a city filled with civilians hence anything close to Magecraft within their eyes must be avoided to ensure the Mystics are hidden. The Brigade and the mages within still apply this rule even after the event, as they are Mages.
The people within the city are mistly gathered in the middle, like refugees. Although the tree did not seem to reach the city itself, they seem to be lacking in numbers.
It has a gloomy and silent atmosphere. Servants can be sensed all around. Although most are in Spirit Form.
You are free to RP, and go around asking peeps whatever! Too much RP that may stir things might result in impromptu games!

Oliver would find an office filled with computers. It would seem that the space was used by office workers, in order to their job and whatnot. All of them are currently shutdown. Opening them?
Victor would open and it would start up showing what kind of computer it is, showing "Pinux" etc. etc.
As Oliver attempted to see the internet was on, it would seem that the entire server of is offline.
Oliver would find the entire server blinking around and seeing that the entire place is duty af after what one could assume 6 montts of no maintenance and cleaning
(edited)There doesn't seem to be other sources than what he has now. There doesn't seem to be anything to inside the server room, no matter he searches.
On where you are, the streets are silent. No one seems to be in the area. You are a little bit far away from where the actual people.
As the group of three would continue towards the Parlor, they'd bump into two unusual individuals. And upon encounter, all of you would quickly realize their unnatural nature and carefreeness. One girl wore a mask and the other did not, but had an unusual collar by her neck, both seemed to be Mystic Codes.. Both of them had horns, and although differing in color schemes, looked like they were twins. One was with white hair and orange, and the other was with the same hair color, although her color was green and only had one horn at the left side of her forehead. Behind them, were also Mystic Codes of unknown properties floating around.
"Hmn?! This is? This is?! Ohhhh, it's the Chaldeans Mr. Shaun was talking about! Yes, yes. Aren't they interesting, walking with a servant out in the open."
The green haired girl smirked with interest as she spoke to her 'twin' about her supposed interest.
The other girl did not seem to respond, and instead simply looked at the Chaldeans.
"Ehhh~ They're not that interesting? How rudeeeee."
But the green themed girl continued along, as if they did respond to her.
Both mages, make me an Arcana check."
"Hmnn?~ Idk. You guys don't seem to be that interesting to Arsu~. We just bumped into you guys as we were strolling around, right Arsu~. But that girly over there is a Heroic Spirit that's for sure~ and you aren't from the Brigade nor from the Clocktower~ so that would mean you are Chaldeans~"
The single-horned girl was the only who was speaking, and the other one kept their voice hidden and only looked at the three Chaldeans with their sunset colored eyes and fire-lit pupils.
The two Chaldean Masters, with all the knowledge they have in the Magecraft world would understand something very particular about this individuals. As both have significant ranks in the political structure of the Clocktower, their realization came in as well. These two were the unusual twins created by a Magus Family "Kyllehog", and are products of Modern Magecraft. Although they are both mages, they are almost artificial in nature despite being so human, in both in existence and their actions.
For Oliver, he'd also know this with his families information, as these were one of the families that had an exquisite Magic Crests and was not as well defended than some families, that these two are products of Eugenics in relevance to Magecraft. To create the superior lifeforms and Mages. Due to their unique Magic Crest transference and the invitation of the twins to the Chelon Canticle Brigade, that is where the information stops for him.
(edited)"Hnnnmmmm~? I didn't say you did anything wrong, miss Yang Yuhuan. We are the Hehe Erxian. Pleasure, pleasure, pleasure, kukuku."
She'd respond to Yang with a little mischevious chuckle as she then looked at Oliver and Asteria.
"Hnmm? Ohhhh, I remember youu. Arsu likes her idol things so she's definitely known about you~ But she seems not to be interested... I wonder why?"
She looked at her 'twin' curiously, nodding her head, before speaking once more again.
"Ehhh~ Apparently they like Miss Riddle than you, ehehehe."
"Hmn~ Hmnn~ I think she's actually in the city, since her uncle is our current leading officer and she was in Europe doing a bit of research if I remember correctly~"
The girl continued before looking at Oliver once more.
"Hmnn?~ Why are we here?~ Uhm... We were walking! Yes... That's what we were doing, right Arsu?"
The orange girl shook her head in denial of this statement.
"Wha-, you're still a bad liar even when you don't speak. Grr...."
"Heh! Ice Cream?!"
The single-horned girl was shook of this statement.
"There is such a thing in this city?! Arsu! Azizos wants some too!"
The young girl said innocently which Arsu complained shaking their head.
" Lady Barthomeloi isn't here, its fineeeeeeee. She won't be here for another... 5 hours?"
"I think she went looking for some artifact or legendary item in Germany~"
The green haired muttered in.
"Oh! We have some things to do! Goodbye Chaldeans~"
The two-horned girl grasped the green haired girls arm and began dragging them off somewhere else.
"Narnia!"
The green haired girl screamed as they were leaving.
(edited)"Yeah! Narnia Business!"
They then disappeared
The parlor was as empty as the streets, inside plenty of broken glass as it had been forced entry or something. Although most of the things inside seemed to have been looted, the ice cream remained safe, coincidentally. There was no one there to pay too, as almost all citizens are within the center of the city, taking refuge.
The Arcane Eye would reach the roof, and although the door was locked the Arcane Eye was capable of passing through the doors small passage from the sides. There, he too would find nothing in particular on first sight.

◉◉◉〇Muttering a brief incantation Oliver would make Asteria appear as if she was a refugee in casual but dirty hoodie that would hide her hair and bandages with just the right amount of pity that nobody would question nor would they bother even looking out of guilt that they could do something, yet couldn't.
Orphelia decided to follow the address of one of the messages, which brings her to a specific area in Calasis, bringing closer to the right side. Through her motorcycle, the address brought her to a small mart with the name Arche. She is currently parked just outside.
(edited)Orphelia decided to follow the address of one of the messages, which brings her to a specific area in Calasis, bringing closer to the right side. Through her motorcycle, the address brought her to a small mart with the name Arche. She is currently parked just outside.
The mini-mart Arche had an eerie feeling, and as as an Enforcer, she knows that this is due to the mini-defense barrier this structure has to make the common folks avoid it. A natural mage defense system. Upon entering it, there was nothing inside, not even supplies anymore. Only a rough looking and yet well dressed older man , wearing a long black coat, and a suit from beneath it, smoking cigarettes(Mystic Codes) that were common(somewhat) used by Mages on the higher ranks. Naturally, Orphelia has tasted this smoke before and it seemed to help with stabilizing the flow of Mana in ones Magic Circuits.
Nevertheless, the fact is, upon entering, she met this old man who did not even awkwnowledge her presence, as if waiting for her to break the silence between them.
The old man looked at Orphelia with a disinterested gaze, as he took out an envelop and handed it over to the Enforcer. But he did not react her other words, and simply closed her eyes when she asked for some cigarettes.
Leaving the mart, she'd be outside of it, with only the envelope in her hand. The mart remained the same, and inside, the old man remained there, with nothing but his uninterested gaze and his smoke.
Through a bit of searching, she'd find a small abandoned and yet still functioning diner with the second floor acting as a motel, through a different entrance, which Orphelia can easily access
There seems to be no one nearby, but she was still being watched but there doesn't seem to be any intent of following her. She would find that room easily, that she prefers.
Inside the envelope was a letter. It says:
"My name is Paolo Archelot Maverilus. Those who knows what my name bears should know the impact of the words that I have written. Under the Chelon Canticle Brigade, I cannot offer anything but the following information: Barthomeloi Lorelei is not an ally of 'our' humanity.
Under no circumstances shall I say to act on this information, as it is and will be considered as complete treason. Nevertheless, this information must be passed on, to Chaldea - whose Grand Order is to maintain balance in Human History Timeline.
That is all that I can say. Find Forte and you will be told what to do next. Burn this paper into crisp, and spread the dust around wherever you are. Do everything subtly, or you will perish. You are all being watched."
(edited)As she chose to ignore the instructed message, she'd find herself alone with nothing but the crumpled paper, within the motel room.
Driving forward, she'd soon reach a checkpoint, where there are NATO units, stopping her from passing through.
"Stop right there. Affiliation. Where did you come from?"
The NATO soldier seemed to be on guard and looked to his comrades. They'd shake their head.
"From Rome you say? When did you arrive?"
"Excuse me."
He'd leave her, before approaching his comrades, glancing once in a while to Orphelia. Nodding their head, he'd then take hold of his communication device strapped on his vest. You cannot properly hear what he was saying unless you focus.
They say:
"This is Unit-Zeta, uh.. reporting to all units and Command Center, an unidentified individual in a motorbike is attempting to enter the inner area. I just wanna ask if any of you guys allowed someone out, just in case she's one of them? She seems to be a doctor. Over."
The other one in the line replies.
"This is Command Center. Unit-Zeta, there has been no report of anyone leaving on a motorbike. Ask her for identification and we'll ask the higher ups on what to do from there. Over."
They nodded.
"Understood, Command Center. Thanks. Will do. Over."
Before starting to approach Orphelia again.
The soldier then reached Orphelia.
"Identifications please."
He'd ask.
He'd then look out at his fellow units, before sighing. "Alright. Please step out of your bike please."
"We'll need your keys . We will have to keep you here till further notice."
He'd say as he'd signal for her hands up.
"Hands go up to, doctor. Need to check your person for suspicious things."
"Don't do anything unnecessary like struggling doctor. This is just procedure."
He'd squint suspiciously, as he'd use his head to signal the others. They'd then ready to act as soon as she does anything unnecessary.
The soldier would begin to attempt a search to Orphelia.
"You bastard!" They raised all their guns towards Orphelia. They began reporting. "Hostile! I repeat hostile! Command Center, coming from Rue Lamy, this is Unit-Zeta. The woman shot one of us. She's hostile!"
"Command Center here, over. You know what to do. If they have superior skill, pull back and let the higher ups deal with them!"
(edited)"You bitch!" The one she grappled would try to strike them with their knife in which they pulled but incredibly miss to their surprise. "What?!" He then attempts to push them away!
But failed in doing so!
They began assaulting Orphelia with their guns but to their surprise, she didn't die after getting hit multiple times in their directed attacks. Even then, the guy couldn't even stab her, and she managed to hop to her bike quite easily. She'd then drive away!
Orphelia, moving from building from building has reached an area where it was quite silent. The night was long, incredibly long due to the nature of this singularity, and Orphelia was a wanted woman in this French city due to her reckless behavior. Despite that, she managed to escape and is right now by this specific part of the road...
And this was the moment, she'd feel an itching presence nearby...
Here... she'd feel... a misty wind slowly approaching her...
As Orphelia attempted to stealth, the mist began to cover the area. Orphelia then found herself difficult to breath... and have her sight taken by the heaviness of this unnatural mist. Her ability to cast Magecraft seemed to be weakened to...
The mist let out a dreadful aura. She felt sick but the mist keeps getting heavier and heavier. Soon, she'd find herself surrounded by it. As if without any intent to let her go.
The owl does it best, to lead Orphelia out of the mist. But to no avail, even after feeling that she was finally capable of getting out, her luck betrays her, and they could not leave. She was able to do one more thing. What does she do.
And as she attempts to do so once more... She finds her face to face with a small figure. Despite the mist, the vision of this killer was quite clear. She'd speak, in a clear and childish tone.
"Mommy asked me to capture you. So don't cry... if you lose a limb or two."
And there, Orphelia disappeared with the mist.
Awakening from her sleep, Orphelia felt something unusual on her right eye, as if she couldn't open it all. Her left eye was still functioning, giving her the ability to see where she was right now. She was inside a white room, with glass, in which she can only see her reflection acting as "windows". She wasn't tied up though, but there were no doors, or no escape route within the room. Furthermore she was all alone.
The last thing she remembered, was heading in search of Forte, before meeting a mist. But that was all that she remembered. Nothing else other than that as if a piece of her memory was missing.
There was no answer for her inquiries as her own voice simply echoed through the white room, as she was all alone. As she attempted to place her finger into her eye socket, she'd realize that her eye was stitched to be unable to open up, with an unknown and clumsy technique, her eye was completely stitched closed, but Orphelia feels no pain on touching it...
Orphelia felt the white walls of the room in her curiousity but her perception truly makes her believe that they were not an illusion. She was entrapped in a place with no doors.
Orphelia felt the white walls of the room in her curiousity but her perception truly makes her believe that they were not an illusion. She was entrapped in a place with no doors.
She understands that her perception was ruining what she understands. But nothing else other than that. There was a large possibility this is a bounded field, one that cannot easily be broken due to its foundation.
Upon realizing its foundation, Orphelia would realize, that her eye... her other perception was the reason for her imprisonment, and that was the reason why she cannot leave this place, until it is destroyed.
